Bishop C. S.Miller was born on December 18, 1959 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Charles and Vealer Miller. At the age of seven, both of his parents and his new born brother, Thomas, were killed in a tragic car train accident. In May of 1978, while attending Arsenal Technical High School, Pastor Miller met the then Miss Travantha Carol Cage. After dating his high school sweetheart, for several years and the birth of their son, Christopher Scott, now 26 years of age they were wed on July 17, 1982. One year later, they were blessed with a daughter, Camille Shantey, now 24 years of age and a student at Tennessee State University.
Pastor Miller, is a 20 year veteran, retired from the US Army. While on active duty he found peace and salvation in Jesus Christ. While stationed in Heidelberg, Germany from June of 1992 until July of 2000, he received his calling into ministry. Soon he earned his Exhorter License from the Church of God in October of 1995. And in May of 2007 was ordained a bishop in the Church of God, Cleveland, TN
