As of Monday 30th June 08, I'll be working on Life Culture on Mondays between 19:00 and 20:00.
I previously presented a show on Life Fm called Thoughts and Words on Mondays between 18:00 and 19:00.
The show was speech and music based, and covered topics such as reviews : gigs, dvds and theatre - info on jobs/ training and personal development; health, interviews with people such as Soweto Kinch to Raymond Stevenson , a discussion point and a personal development tip of the day.
