Caroline aka Sheltergirl was born in East NY Brooklyn. She started out going to David Morales Party, The Ozone Layer in the early 80's and branched off to The Loft and The Paradise Garage. Sheltergirl is known for her skills on the dance floor as a dancer. She is also one of the creators of the now monthly party at Langstons 1073 Atlantic Avenue called, We Love House NYC in Brooklyn, NY.
One day she said she was going to play on www.facethebass.com/live.php as a joke and was told by Speedy and Shorty, to go ahead. So Sheltergirl did just that and she was well like for playing what she knows best, which is Classics. Sheltergirl now has her own weekly internet show on facethebass.com/live.php on Thursday's from 9:30pm -12:00am, and is one of the rotating DJ's at Starlite Lounge 1084 Bergen St. in Brooklyn, New York.
