BIOGRAPHY

Matt Matrix starting DJing at the age of 14 after being inspired by listening to the 98.7 Kiss FM Mastermix shows in the mid 80's performed by legendary DJs, DJ Red Alert, & The Great Tony Humphries. He was determined to do whatever it took to support his passion for playing music, doing everything from working summer jobs to shovelling snow to get money to buy DJ equipment and records.

After becoming known locally, Matt Matrix would play various college jams for schools such as Trenton State College, and The University of Virginia where he performed at events for the Alpha Kappa Alphas. Matt Matrix was resident DJ at Club Ronnie's in Newark, NJ and the Ramada Inn Hotel in Wayne, NJ.

Now with over 20 years of experience and countless events under his belt, Matt Matrix is as focused and passionate about music as ever. He now has his own production company, Red Pill Productions with projects already in the works.
