About the host:
Abra Schnur was born and raised in San Antonio. While attending San Antonio College, she spent three years working for the college radio station KSYM. Upongraduating she began working for Texas Public Radio as a part time announcer. Currently Abra is part of the Texas Public Radio News department and reports mainly on arts and culture. Abra is dedicated to attracting younger generations to public radio and getting them interested in the community around. While not working at Texas Public radio Abra is working at CD Exchange as a ?wannabe? music snob, walking her dog, Mira Radar, enjoying friends and attending local and national concerts.
