I don't have a specific answer either but our podcast did eventually show up at iTunes. The weird part is that we were very easy to find in the iTunes search engine for several months and now for the last few months we no longer exist at iTunes. They didn't inform us that we violated anything. Nothing to explain why were kicked off their podcast directory. We show up at Podcast Alley and other sites still - just completely vanished from iTunes.
