May I inquire on what data you base your following statements: 1) "most people don't want to deal with spammed comments" and 2) most people don't want to have to approve valid comments. Appapantly not all comments are valid, in fact you state that some must be spammed. I respect your opinion to leave matters as they are but I would rather have the option to police the comments on my page. I would venture to guess that other podcasters might also.

About the extra income I would respectfully suggest you search for some add'l employment. In any event there is no purpose to commence litigation with you. Although you are entitled to you opinion it doesn't have any bearing upon what happens to or with podomatic's liability to the members of this site. Furthermore if you like the status quo you can opt out of the class when you get notice of the class action, if the situation is not adequately resolved.
