Ok so I think I must be a simple soul because I can not find where I can edit my "category" field????

OK, I can accept that. I've done it ... three times... and it took me a couple tries to locate the trail.
Go to My Podcast, then over to Preferences, then use the Edit link next to where it says Categories. I really DO love the Tabs feature on my browser ... makes this sort of research less iffy.
