When you select "My Podcast" you will notice near the top of the page is a selection called "get the word out" In this area you have a message about your newest podcast and you can either import addresses from hotmail or other email programs. You can also set up your own email address data base to send the message to. You will want to add in the people that you have listed as friends. I make a habit of asking if my friends want to be added to my notification list. Quite a few dont mind, quite a few had already subscribed through the rss feed, those I don't add in, because they are notified as soon as you post a new episode.
