There are also some real reasons that this might happen that I do know of, and thats why i havent thought much about it, but as you say all the other stuff indicates the downloads should reflect the traffic

That is, until the eleventh hour, Pacific Time. 23 hours will have been counted by then, most likely the busiest of the 'day'. Also, 'Page Views' are not part of the ranking scheme - or, haven't been. And, AFAIK, are counting people who look rather than listen. Dave M

I remember reading that there was a minor glitch on one of the servers and a hard drive filled up before they could catch it. May or may not be involved...might be a call for the head honchos.
