feed views and subscribers

Hello< can somebody tell me why the number of feed views and subscribers i have does not convert into downloads? Also, how do we know if someone plays our podcast on our home page at podomatic or an embedded player on myspace etc, are there stats for this?? thanks phabius

Feed Views and Subscribers refer to people/machines "looking", Downloads refers to people actually starting to listen, or downloading so they can listen later. Right now all "listening" behavior is lumped together in the same stat. I'm told that might be fixed "later". I'll be happy to see that change, but am not holding my breath. It's all curiosity, after all. Dave M
