When you "created" this podcast, how did you do it? The built-in Podomatic software? Audacity? GarageBand? One of the latter pair, I hope. Creating your podcast locally, then editing it, THEN uploading (posting) it offers you the best results. But ... it sounds like you used the web software ... no local file. This can offer several kinds of problems.
However.
How did you create your first? That information will help someone figure out why you can't record your next.

Yes, I did use the podomatic site and whatever they offered. I have since been shown how to use audacity and that works much better. I was just wondering if it was the podomatic site that was having the trouble. Like I said in my earlier post, the first one I created using their software worked great, after that, not luck. Thanks for the help. I will continue using audacity. :)

Read the post above ... WHAT keeps happening to you? My best guess is that you somehow managed to create and upload a podcast and now cannot do it. Except you have contributed no useful information regarding what you DID in the first place.
Please describe you original process in some detail, including a) the OS of the computer you are using and b) the software you are using each step of the way. For example, it would be nice to know if you are using XP, Vista or OS X, and IE5, IE6, Firefox or Safari.
