It is called http://woopra.com .It is in beta at the moment. It is based on hit counting software, but what is added is realtime tracking so when somebody visits your site you can communicate to them via a text box, by just saying you run this site and ask if they would like to chat. I've got it to work, but it doesn't seem to count all the hits I get.
