I've just opened a podomatic account. Does the site offer vodcast help and storage? If not, can anyone suggest a site that offers that, especially if it is free? Thanks!

Help? Not really. Check a variety of shows, some are video-casts. The owners are likely to be willing to answer at least a few questions - put to them nicely.
Storage? Just the standard numbers. They are selling standard packages. Keep your flicks short and modestly sized and you might not need to go Pro for several episodes.
