Alternative New Music Show

Once Upon Another Time there was a home made radio show that broadcast from the Planet's Time zone...
"Rocklands even has its own semi-official podcasting radio station, Earwax, which performs all the rabble-rousing, word-spreading, tune-disseminating duties you'd have wanted from pirate radio once upon a time". (Time Out Magazine). Earwax helps recommended bands get their music and thoughts heard. Andy and Jamie's broadcast is already the stuff of legend. They champion, interview and session alternative stars. It's an on-line drop in to catch up on what's happening underground before it goes overground and has subscribers world wide.

Their popularity exploded with their Artful Broadcast in October 005 and when Earwax launched their first podcast (Feb-006) it was highly over subscribed and crashed the system! Their fan base helped host station, TGR Sound, win an FM license at the end of last year. TGR then tried to mould their golden egg laying goose into something a little more Alan-Partridge-local-radio-style, so Jamie and Andy quit, on air, a few months ago. Who said the spirit of punk was dead?

On the third Earwax show of 2008 we've got new music from artrocker faves Attack Switch Attack. From the great How Does It Feel To Be Loved label via Santa Cruz we have Antarctica Takes It. Plus a brand new look at new material from UpCdownC. Also to celebrate the launch of their new single 'What I Need' on Shifty Disco, we bring you an exclusive session from West London hiphop outfit Guardians of the Ancient Wisdom.
Playlist:
Mathematics – Attack Switch Attack
Inner Space - Guardians Of The Ancient Wisdom (Session Version)
The Song Is You – Antarctica Takes It!
