DJ Fito (born Edgar Rodríguez in San Juan, Puerto Rico), since he was a little kid, had a strong feeling for music. After starting a career in Design Education, in 1995, the Hi-Fi bug bit him badly. It was love at first sight, and he could spin records much better than he could play the piano. So he stuck with it! DJ Fito started into the artistic industry very slowly. First, he was a Mobil DJ, and in 2008, he became a full-time resident DJ for two of the best and oldest clubs in Puerto Rico, Club Lazer, in Old San Juan; and Krash Klub, in Santurce. For this artist there was never a difference between business or pleasure -the line of demarcation between private life and the business didn’t exist- it was just one life. He has been musically influenced by legendaries old school DJ’s for more than a decade in the industry.more
